Review of Clarean HotelDuring my recent family vacation, we chose Clarean Hotel for its convenient location near the central train station and Molo Beverello Port, perfect for our planned excursions in Naples. The staff welcomed us warmly and offered to store our luggage while we explored nearby restaurants and cafés-an appreciated gesture for a family in transit. Our experience was marred by a series of issues. The secondary hotel was below our expectations, and I faced rudeness when addressing this oversight. In our original room, noise levels were disruptive, and the balcony had an unsightly view overshadowed by litter. While the family enjoyed our daily cleaning service, the hard beds made for less comfortable sleeping arrangements. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, the proximity to key attractions made it a feasible option for a brief stay, aligning with our exploration of the area. The potential for family-friendly activities in Naples is, in my view, what truly matters for those seeking memorable experiences.
